此书适合年龄段比较广，小至1岁，大至耄耋，好不浮夸
小羽看了第一眼就被吸引了，估计是因为家里有个类似的大猩猩模型吧。
每一页都有丰富的内容，所以小朋友每次去读都可以看到新鲜的东西
比如第一遍可以给小朋友介绍大猩猩，各种小动物，介绍管理员，下一次可以讲讲手电筒，看看月亮，还有贯穿全书的小老鼠，红气球，每个点都可以讲很多，可以说此书是个大宝藏。

Hi my dear friends. I’m Julie. Today, we’re going to read Good Night Gorilla. By Peggy Rathmann.
Who’s that over there? That’s a gorilla. Yes. He’s holding a key. Seems he’s telling us be quiet. Why?
Oh, he doesn’t want the zoo keeper to know that he’s following him. Let’s see what’s going to happen.
嗨，我亲爱的朋友们。我是朱莉。今天，我们要读《晚安大猩猩》。佩吉·拉特曼。
那边那个是谁？那是一只大猩猩。对。他拿着一把钥匙。好像他在告诉我们安静点。为什么？
哦，他不想让动物园管理员知道他在跟踪他。让我们看看会发生什么。
Oh, it’s the night time, as you can see the moon is in the sky. And zoo keeper is holding a flashlight, so he can see where he’s going. He’s closing up for the night. And he says, good night, gorilla. But he turned his back on the gorilla. Do you think that’s a good idea? The gorilla is stealing the keys from him. What do you think the gorilla is going to do with those keys? Let’s find out.
哦，现在是晚上，你可以看到月亮在天上。动物园管理员拿着手电筒，这样他就能看到他要去哪里。他今晚要关门了。他说，晚安，大猩猩。但他背对着大猩猩。你觉得这是个好主意吗？大猩猩在偷他的钥匙。你认为大猩猩会用那些钥匙做什么？让我们看看。
Oh, the gorilla just let himself out of the cage. He’s climbing down. Do you think the zookeeper knows that the gorilla got out? I don’t think so. The gorilla is hiding behind the zookeeper. Oh, who else is there. Yes a little mouse with a banana down there is following the gorilla.
哦，大猩猩从笼子里出来了。他在往下爬。你认为动物园管理员知道大猩猩出来了吗？我不这么认为。大猩猩躲在动物园管理员后面。哦，还有谁在那儿。是的，一只拿着香蕉的小老鼠在下面跟着大猩猩。
Who’s in the cage? An elephant. Zookeeper, gorilla and the little mouse went by, zookeeper says, good night, elephant. I think the gorilla will set elephant free. Let’s see.
谁在笼子里？大象。动物园管理员，大猩猩和小老鼠经过，动物园管理员说，晚安，大象。我想大猩猩会放了大象。让我们看看。
I knew it. Elephant is free. He’s walking behind the little mouse. Oh, what’s the gorilla doing? He’s opening the cage for the lion to get out. good night. Lion. What sound does a lion make? Can you roar like a lion? ROAR.

Now, what is the gorilla doing? He’s opening the cage so the giraffe can get out. Oh, Hyena here is already free. Do you think the zookeeper knows this? No. What is he going to say? Good night Hyena. Good night, Giraffe. Who’s following behind him? It’s the mouse with banana.
现在，大猩猩在干什么？他正在打开笼子让长颈鹿能出来。哦，土狼已经自由了。你认为动物园管理员知道吗？不，他要说什么？晚安鬣狗。晚安，长颈鹿。谁跟在他后面？是那只拿着香蕉的老鼠。
What’s the zookeeper doing? He’s leaning over the fence to say good night to Armadillo. Good night, Armadillo. Everybody’s following the zookeeper, he doesn’t even know. Let’s count our friends. There’s the giraffe, there’s the hyena, there’s the lion, the elephant and the gorilla getting ready for setting armadillo free. Where’s the mouse? Oh, yes, here, he’s pulling the banana very hard.
动物园管理员在干什么？他靠在篱笆上向犰狳道晚安。晚安，犰狳。每个人都跟着动物园管理员，他甚至不知道。让我们数一数我们的朋友。有长颈鹿，有鬣狗，有狮子，大象和大猩猩准备释放犰狳。老鼠在哪里？哦，是的，在这儿，他使劲拉香蕉。
Oh, they are all following the zoo keeper back to his house quietly. They are lining up like the parade.

Now, they are all inside of his house. Wow, look at the giraffe, he’s so tall, he’s ducking his head. Who is this? The lion. Where are they going? Let’s see.

It looks like they are in the zookeeper’s bedroom. There’s zookeeper’s wife. The gorilla is yawning. He’s sleepy. And the zookeeper is taking his shoes off. Can you find the mouse? There he is. Inside of a drawer and he’s struggling to get the banana up.
他们好像在动物园管理员的卧室里。有动物园管理员的妻子。大猩猩打哈欠。他困了。动物园管理员正在脱鞋。你能找到老鼠吗？他来了。他在抽屉里挣扎着把香蕉拿起来。
Zookeeper’s wife says. Good night, dear. And she reaches up to turn off the light.
动物园管理员的妻子说。晚安，亲爱的。她伸手关灯。
Oh, it’s dark here. And all the animals say ‘Good night’ one by one.
哦，这里很黑。所有的动物都一个接一个地说“晚安”。
Huh, now zookeeper’s wife is wide awake. Look at her eyes.
嗯，现在动物园管理员的妻子完全清醒了。看看她的眼睛。
She turns on the light. Oh my dear. She sees everybody. Look at the smiling gorilla. What a funny picture. What will she do? Let’s see.
她打开灯。哦，亲爱的。她看到每个人。看看微笑的大猩猩。多有趣的照片啊。她会怎么做？让我们看看。
Oh, she’s going to send them back to the zoo. Look, they all travel behind her, heading to the zoo. How it’s the wife’s turn holding the flashlight.
哦，她要把它们送回动物园。听着，他们都跟在她后面，去动物园。轮到妻子拿着手电筒了。
Hoo, she finally comes out and she says. Good night, Zoo. But look at the sneaky gorilla. And the little mouse with banana. Oh, they are following her.
哦，她终于出来了，她说。晚安，动物园。但看看那只鬼鬼祟祟的大猩猩。还有带香蕉的小老鼠。哦，他们在跟踪她。
Zookeeper’s wife gets back in bed and says good night, dear. And the zoo keeper says. Good night.
who’s climbing in the bed? The gorilla and the little mouse.
动物园管理员的妻子回到床上说晚安，亲爱的。动物园管理员说。晚安。
谁在床上爬？大猩猩和小老鼠。
After everybody get settled in the bed. The mouse says good night gorilla. And the gorilla snores on.
That’s it. Bye.
在大家都安顿在床上之后。老鼠说晚安大猩猩。大猩猩还在打鼾。
